An Unexpected Journey

For our class on Drama and Theater, we were tasked with creating a theater performance in group, based on 3 different current events. We immediately got to work and combined three newspaper articles into one cohesive piece.

We came up with the theater performance titled “An Unexpected Journey.” We developed the idea through a semiotic analysis and also wrote a script for our performance. Click on the underlined words to check them out!

Of course, there was plenty of improvisation during the actual performance, which made it a very fun and humorous experience. I really enjoyed working with Azra and Laura; none of us are professional actors, but each of us was motivated to succeed and have fun!
