I created a poster featuring me and Landerik, with a background picture he took on that same ski-trip.

For our Artistic Project, we were assigned to create a short film as the final assignment for our class. We had to base the short a film on a memory that evokes a lot of emotion. I chose my ski trip! As a child, I went skiing with my family every year, until the prices became unaffordable and our family situation changed. This year, I got the chance to go skiing again with my cousin Landerik, so of course, I jumped at the opportunity!

We had a great time and filmed countless ski shots and scenic footage. Landerik helped as the professional director he is, and that’s how we ended up with ‘Velocity Rush.’ I presented this short film to my classmates during the last semester of my first year at Karel de Grote Hogeschool. This is one of those school assignments I really enjoyed creating and am very proud of!
